Cleaning removes what’s built up in your ducts. Sanitizing goes one step further: after the debris is gone, we apply an EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment inside the duct system to help control the odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew that make a home smell stale every time the system runs.

Sanitizing is always applied after a full duct cleaning, never instead of one. Treatment over dirt does not work.
The antimicrobial is fogged through the ductwork so it reaches the surfaces where growth starts.
The system is run to distribute and dry the treatment, and you’re left with a fresher-smelling home.
We use EPA-registered products applied according to their label directions for HVAC systems. We’ll tell you exactly what’s being used and any short precautions for during application.
No — it is an add-on to cleaning. The debris has to come out first; sanitizing then treats the clean surfaces.
It depends on moisture and conditions in the home. Most customers add sanitizing with each full cleaning, every 3 to 5 years, or sooner if odors return.
